John DiGioia, Owner of Elite Outdoor Kitchens - Here I am with my beautiful twin daughters. I want the very best for them, I hope all of our childrens futures
are bright.

When I was seven years old, I borrowed a hundred dollars from my father to buy a lawn mower. I was going to start a lawn service business, it was my first venture into capitalism. After the tax on the $99 lawn mower I owed my Dad $108.50, I didn't know what sales tax was but I was still confident I could pay my Dad back in three or four months. I made flyers by hand and put one in each mail box on my street. By the end of the week I had four clients, after the third week my business had over ten customers at $10 a cut per week I had Dad paid and was profiting a handsome amount each month. That was the America I grew up knowing. It promised that hard work would result in a handsome reward and anything was possible. I still believe that today, but something is wrong. Some where the system failed us, the government failed us all. Capitalism works but greed and political lobbing by corporations has caused our government to be a government for the corporation, not for the people, as our fore fathers intended. What do you think? How do we get the country back on track? Share your thoughts!
